Hello and welcome. I am Connie, the owner of Inspiring Beauty By Connie LLC. I have been in the beauty industry for 4 years now. Lash extensions and PMU ombré brows are what I specialize in. Everyday, I strive to make my clients look and feel their very best with the services I provide! <3 **Deposits** A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments and is deducted from the total cost of the appointment service. By booking with me, you are agreeing to my policies. Please choose a date and time that works best for you. (ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TOWARDS A FUTURE APPOINTMENT WHEN THE APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24HRS PRIOR TO THE CURRENT APPOINTMENT DATE). If and when a new appointment is agreed upon (within 24hrs) and you are unable to make that appointment as well, as per policy, your deposit made previously will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. **LATE APPOINTMENTS** Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. A call or text is required. Being substantially late to your appointment results in fewer lash extensions being applied and may cause interference with other appointments. Anything over 15 minutes late without notice is considered a “no show” and your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule your appointment after the cancellation and a new deposit will be required to book your next appointment. Any clients continuously arriving late or not showing up to appointments will be removed from booking future appointments. **CORRECTION POLICY** ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If by any chance you are unsatisfied with the service or end result, you must contact me within 24-48 hours in order to receive a complimentary correctional service which will be provided within a 1-3 day time period to make any adjustments. For those receiving a lash extension service, please arrive to the appointment on time with NO eye makeup on and clean lashes. If you come in with eye makeup on, you will be charged an additional $15 fee for a deep cleanse and removal of eye makeup. Dirty lashes cause retention issues so, it is very important that you wash your lashes and keep them as clean as possible. Any extra time spent cleaning makeup off or any other build up from your natural lashes will result in less time for the actual service. ~ Prepare For Your Appointment ~ Avoid alcohol and beverages with caffeine. Have a snack prior to the appointment so you don’t get hungry. Come alone, no other children/guests please. Arrive to your appointment on time. Use the restroom before your appointment. Remove contact lenses. Remove eye makeup beforehand and have clean lashes. You’re welcome to bring a small blanket to keep you warm and comfortable. Put your phone/electronics on silent. Do not chew gum or candy during the appointment. Keep conversations at the beginning of the service. Prepare yourself to lay down for 2-3.5hrs. Feel free to nap as well. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance. Cancellations made less than 24hrs of notice will result in forfeiture of their deposit and a new deposit will be required to book the next appointment.
A NO-CALL-NO-SHOW is considered as either not showing up at all for the appointment or contacting me later than 15mins AFTER the appointment start time. Deposit will be forfeited.
